"I trusted this agent and was led to no home insurance, I’ve been with GEICO for many years till Kim Lego agency convinced me to switch my home insurance to one of their partners, I was in the middle of a bathroom renovation and they(Kevin) said it would not be a problem, long story short, few weeks after I received a letter from the new insurance warning me about a upcoming cancellation, they tried to resolve the problem but no other ins would start a new insurance with any renovation done in the house, my insurance got cancelled because I couldn’t finish the bathroom on time, had to be rushed to purchase stuff for the renovation that was in stock because I couldn’t wait for custom order on the materials we really wanted just to speed up the process, horrible experience, we sign up with a agent thinking they will guide you through situations to AVOID this basic problem, well, this agency did not have the experience enough to guide me to the right direction and let me on my own looking for someone to insure my house again, thank god I found one after awhile wo home insurance, I would not recommend this agent due to not supporting me on the troubles I got from their lack of experience in lead me to that cancellation."

"Andrew Vos from State Farm was absolutely amazing to work with. He took the time to thoroughly explain all of my coverage options and made sure I understood exactly what was included in my policy. "Coverage is what it is but this particular location seems you can never reach a person when you call in & when you leave a voicemail, people do not call you back. Not the best customer service at this location!!! Nice people when you can actually reach them but good luck."

"Kevin was absolutely amazing! "Recently my pregnant wife and I were involved in bad accident and Anecia has helped us the whole way through. She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and really put my mind at ease. "Hunter called me immediately after receiving a projected quote online while rate shopping, he was super friendly and very knowledgeable with the services State farm had to offer. He gave me recommendations based on his professional experience and we drafted a slightly better plan at a fantastic rate.
