"Absolutely do not go through them for insurance. If I could leave a 0 star I would. This company cost me thousands of dollars by allowing my home owners insurance to drop for almost an entire year without any communication. Save yourself the frustration and money, choose another company. When asked about it, after attempting communication for a week they finally told me there is nothing they can do, and that I now have to wait 30 days minimum to have active insurance on my property."

"I was very satisfied with the help I received from Kenny Alsabrook. I had a billing issue. When calling the office on a Friday afternoon I received a call back that afternoon from Kenny. He listened to my concerns and stated he would call me Monday. I received that call on Monday. He called who he needed to and followed up with me 2 days later. You wanted confirmation to what photo went to which vehicle. I responded the same day. "I recently experienced some changes that impacted my auto insurance such as a claim, adding a new vehicle, and replacing another vehicle with a new one, which resulted in multiple policy changes. The cost of insurance began to skyrocket and I was feeling frustrated since I've been a long time client and have referred quite a few new clients. after receiving my upcoming renewal the price was beyond reasonable so I contacted the agency and spoke with Mandy, whom was beyond friendly and knowledgeable. after speaking with my agent and customer service no one caught on to the fact that my policy had been cancelled when we replaced one vehicle and a new one was issued. The new one was issued with out some of the discounts that I had benefited from previously and Mandy was able to recognize the issue, help correct, and adjusted my premium to what it should have been. I've worked with several insurance companies during my lifetime; however, State Farm and more so Kim Leggo agency is by far the best and a pleasure to work with. I will continue to maintain my policies with them and continue to refer them new clients. Andres~"

"Kudos Kudos Kudos and thank you so much Daisiah!!! I recently experienced an incredibly stressful situation when I found out my driver’s license had been suspended due to a title and registration error—an issue that ultimately traced back to the dealership where I purchased my vehicle. Rather than taking accountability, the dealership attempted to place the blame on my auto insurance provider, State Farm. Admittedly, I was upset and not at my best when I first reached out to State Farm by phone and email. I was overwhelmed, out of state, and in the middle of studying for my nursing board exam when I discovered all of this. Despite that, Daisiah at State Farm responded with nothing but kindness, professionalism, and urgency. She coordinated directly with Nikki at the DMV, and together, they went above and beyond to investigate the issue and get to the root of the problem—which led us right back to the dealership’s mistake. I truly cannot thank these two incredible women enough. Daisiah was a calm and compassionate presence throughout the ordeal—my namaste in a moment of total chaos. Both she and Nikki deserve serious recognition (and honestly, a raise!) for the level of service, professionalism, and care they provided. In a world where above-and-beyond service is rare, these two restored my faith. If I could give them a big hug, I absolutely would.
